2.1  Registration Requirements

• Each user may open only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• It is your responsibility to keep your email address, mobile number, and password confidential.

2.2  Account Security

• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

2.3  Identity Verification (KYC)

tf999 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being restricted or closed.

2.4  Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time through our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be given before closure. We also reserve the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

3.2  Deposit Limits & Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (via any method).
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting on tf999.
• Each completed deposit transaction will be reflected in your account.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.

3.3  Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.2  Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used in the games and betting sections designated by tf999.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed.

4.3  VIP Program

tf999 has three VIP tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

5.1  General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — fair play is guaranteed.
• If any round is left incomplete due to a technical error, tf999 will resolve it in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Game manipulation or attempts to exploit the software are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious gaming activity.

5.2  Sports Betting Rules

• Betting odds may change up until the scheduled time.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

6.2  Self-Exclusion Feature

A user may, at their own request, exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, any attempt to open a new account during that period will not be accepted. Contact our support team to use this feature.

6.3  Setting Deposit Limits

Users may set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit if they wish. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may be subject to a waiting period. Please ask our support team for details.

• Betting via software bots or automated tools.
• Unauthorized access to or modification of the platform's code or systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass access restrictions.

7.2  Financial Fraud

• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting card chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Abusing the system by placing low-risk bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be separated from the remaining terms, and the remaining terms will continue in full force. We will try to replace the invalid provision with a valid equivalent.

10.2  Arbitration Process

If a direct resolution is not possible, the dispute will be settled through neutral arbitration with the consent of both parties. The arbitrator's decision will be considered final and binding on both parties.

These terms are governed by applicable international online gaming laws and regulations. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.
